As in, "Two thousand and eight" instead of "two thousand eight". Would you say this is more of a grammar issue than a numerical-related issue? Is it wrong to feel hate in my heart when people add an 'and'? Although I have to say...a LOT of things bug me.  This wasn't one of them.  But now that Scott brought it to my attention I am going to notice it more and it will be added to the list of things that piss me off.  Thanks, Scott. That's the problem, because it sounds so douchey and nit-picky to point it out to people, but the issue I have with it is that it sounds very unprofessional. So when I'm listening to someone talk, I'll be like, "Yeah, not bad... good job, good job... Aw, man!
